REGISTRATION 2008 - 2009

Registration: All students are required to pay a $35.00 non-refundable registration fee each year.
Our new school year begins each September.

Tuition: Tuition is paid every 10 weeks and is non-refundable. Your tuition MUST be paid upon the first class of the 10 week cycle. There are approximately 3 ½ cycles to each new year. There will be NO credits for classes that you miss.

1 hour of class each week for 10 weeks = $150.00
2 hours of class each week for 10 weeks = $270.00
3 hours of class each week for 10 weeks = $360.00
4 hours of class each week for 10 weeks = $ 460.00
Unlimited class each week = $500.00
Private lesson per hour = $75.00

There will be a late fee applied to students who do not pay tuition upon the first class of the new cycle.

Uniform: All students are required to wear the school uniform. Any student not in complete uniform will not be permitted to take the class. There are absolutely no ballet skirts, or tutu’s worn in class.

·         YOU MAY NOT TRY A CLASS IT MUST BE PAID FOR.

·         PLEASE KEEP THE FRONT AREA CLEAN AND QUIET.

·         You may NOT bring a friend or relative into the dance area to watch a class.

·         There will be NO eating/drinking in the dance area.

·         Students may not enter the dance area with their street shoes.

·         Parents are NOT allowed to enter the class in progress at any time.

·         Please do not leave children unattended in the front office.

·         Please arrive in uniform to eliminate distraction to the class in progress.

·         Please make sure you present your dance card at every lesson, this is your receipt.

·         Please be aware at the end of the school year, some of the classes may be rearranged to accommodate rehearsal for the recital.

·         Please be aware you will not be sold tickets to t shows until all balances are paid.

·         Any student absent for more than three weeks at a time will need to RE-REGISTER at the discretion of the teacher and or owner.

·         Costumes are subject to change to best accommodate the show.

SNOW OR EXTREME EMERGENCY DAYS

In the event the studio must close due to snow or emergency, no refunds will be made however you will be able to make up your class. You may call the studio to check if classes are in progress when weather is extreme.
