Hello,
My name is Deneille Loprete, and I am the very proud owner of Deneille’s Dance studio. It has been said that owning a dancing school is by far one of the greatest businesses for someone to own. I disagree. I think owning a dancing school is like having another family, not at all like a business. I have been so blessed and have such gratitude to the thousands of students that I have taught and I thank each and every parent for allowing me the opportunity to do so.
People often ask me. When did you decided to become a dancer? The answer is simple. I never decided. It was who I was. Not what I was. I can remember being a very little girl and wanting nothing more then to dance and feel the music in my body. It always presented such happiness then, and still does now. Aside from my 3 beautiful children, and my wonderful husband, nothing delights me more then the sound of beautiful music, and spectacular dancing to go with it.
I opened the studio 22 years ago with the though that not every student will become a professional dancer, but if I could make just one child feel like a professional dancer then I will have succeeded in life, not business. While I have had many students dance professionally, I have also had thousands who believe they will. That’s what I am most proud of.
When you believe you can, you will. That is a lesson that continues to be taught in my class.

Hey, I'm Vanessa Negron I am 17 years old and I love to dance. I've been dancing at Ms.Deneille's since I was 6 years old. I have danced many style's but my favorite kind is tap dancing. I started out as a student teacher in 2004 and as of last year I became a offical member of the teaching staff. I'm currently a senior at Long Island City High School. I plan on going to college to major in Early Childhood Education. I just hope when I grow older I'll be just like Ms. Deneille. She is a wonderful role model to everyone, especially to me. Hello my name is Ashley Hernandez. I'm 20 years old. I'm a junior at York College. I'm studying to be a Phsical Education teacher. I've been intrested in dance and exericse since early childhood. I've been dancing for Ms.Deneille for almost 8 years, and teaching for almost 3. I love to teach all ages and all different dance styles. My name is Anne Connolly and I'm 18 years old. I've been dancing with Ms.Deneille for 8 years. I have recently graduated from Cardozo High School, where I attended the dance program for 4 years. Dance has been a major part of my life and I have Ms.Deneille to thank for it. I'm currently attending Laguardia College. After being a student teaching for several years, I'm offically part of the teaching staff. Becoming a techer here has been one of my greatest achievements. |
Hello my name is Diane Brown. I started out with Ms.Deneille in 1998 when my daughter started her first saturday class. I've been her every saturday since then, making me a 10 year vetern. Being at the studio is a enriching experience not only for all the student but for me as well. You can never find a better teacher or truer friend than Ms.Deneille. I love being here and wouldn't have it any other way.
Hi my name is Darielle Loprete and I'm 12 years old. I attend St.Gregs, where I am currently in the 6th grade. I have been dancing for the past 10 years. Dancing is one of the best things in my life, and of course to help out and be a demonstrator. Even though I am not a teacher, it feels like I am. Deneille's Dance Studio is one big happy family! For the past 10 years I have loved every second of being at the studio. Since my mother owns the studio, I know that I will always have the studio as a part of my life. Being with mom and all the great friends I have made through my dancing years make my life amazing. Not only have I learned to be a good dancer, I have learned to be a great person, thanks to my mother Ms.Deneille.
Hey my name is Jessica Negron and I'm 13 years of age. I attend M.S. 210 where I'm in the 8th grade. I'm a demonstrator in the studio. I've been dancing since the age of 4 and really love to dance. Ms.Deneille is the best teacher one could ask for. Ms.Deneille, the staff and the students are another family to me and I love them all dearly. Although I may not become a teacher I still love to help out around the studio. Deneille's Dance Studio will always be in my heart.
Hey, my name is Deneille LaMendola and I'm 14 yeard old. I've been dancing for as long as I can remember, and can honestly say I would'nt have it any other way. The atmosphere at the studio is so enjoyable, and the classes there are so much fun. The teachers there are all absolutley amazing, as well as all the kids I dance with. Being at the studio always puts a huge smile on my face. Even on the most serious days when we're all stressed out about an upcoming performance, Ms.Deneille always makes us feels confident and comfortable. Don't get me wrong, she expect us to do our best and nothing less, and nothing more. Even if we fall in a tap number, or a costume malfunction , there's always a smile on her face saying "Great Job Girls!" when we get off stage. To sum it all up Ms.Deneille puts the pep in our
steps.
Hi, my name is Krystina Santos and I am 13 years old. I go to St. Thomas the Apostle and I am currently in 8th grade.I've been dancing at Deneille's Dance Studio for 10 years, and I am a student demonstrator. Dancing is my life! The stuido is a second home to me. We are one big happy family! I have grown so close to each of the girls over the past ten years. I have learned so much, and have made great progress. I am so grateful to be dancing here. I dont think that I would be the person I am today if it wasn't for Mrs. Deneille. I've had the greatest experience here, and I hope for more to come. I couldn't ask for anything better!
