BALLET AND POINTE
The ballet classes are graded technique classes designed to develop the skills and strength of each student both physically and mentally.
Pointe classes will be offered to those who are ready for the vigorous demands of pointe work. This readiness shall be determined by the teacher.
TAP
In this truly American dance form, classes consist of basic technique and combination of movement and sound designed to develop the ability to create and enjoy the musicality of tap dancing. Tap helps students develop a finely tuned sense of rhythm. They use their feet to create the beat.

JAZZ
This dance form, popular on Broadway begins with isolation techniques and stretch exercises, building flexibility and strength in preparation for free expressive movements in choreographed center floor combinations. It is recommended that jazz students take a ballet class weekly to supplement jazz training.

BELLY DANCING
This form of traditional Middle eastern dance is a phenomenal core workout. Students enjoy this type of intense dancing.
SALSA
This type of dance has Latin origins. This increasing popular dance style is available for students of all ages.
LYRICAL
This modified Ballet/Jazz form of dance is typically danced to slower non classical music. All lyrical students must attend Ballet class.
HIP HOP
Hip Hop is a cultural dance which developed in New York City in the 1970's. Its danced in the rhythm of time.
